guiness is right. couple months ago i have only 2 CC with 1500$ CL. Now my CL over 30K for total . Our forum is magic book you can search for any information about CC you need !

Wonder if a bank can get in trouble for not reporting status correctly

What is making them not reporting correctly?

Not sure but it was paid off in 05 when I got a new one but from July 06 to November 07 it was reported being 120 late and it did not go 30 60 90 120 just all of a sudden. 120 days late but it was a joint loan and reported correct on the other persons this was an auto loan

if it reported wrong then you need send direct dispute to the bank.

Should I contact the dealership that did the payoff for proof

if it was a joint check the other persons cr. if he/she is the primary and you a co-signer it will affect you as well.
