After about a year of rebuilding, I can finally claim victory. Today I recieved a response on my BBB complaint against Asset Acceptance for reporting inaccurate info. They have agreed to remove the tradeline from all 3 CRAs. Its already gone from Equifax, just waiting on the other two.

Only other negative item is a 30 day late car payment from December 2007.
