last date of payment reported- all messed up

Wow you really have to pay attention: looking @ CR from 2006 and 2008-  OC payment hx: 10/04 30, 11/04 60, 12/04 90,  then 1/05 back to 60, 2/05 90, 3/05 120, 4/05 150, 5/05 180  with co  beginning 6/05 last payment liisted as 11/05.  I never made a payment after 9/04  What is this and is it legal or reaging or what?  Can I use this to settle w/CA fif I have to settle to keep from getting sued since I might have revived SOL with a verbal agreement to pay-I am in maryland and statue reads oral agreement can reset SOL.

The OC is reporting was reporting this.  I just went back thru old CRs and EX shows it comes off this month and TU shows it comes off 9/11.  Which one do I believe?

For whatever reasons, sometimes TL don't come off exactly the same month.
