I just wanted to share with everyone that I was able to write a letter to the CEO of our mortgage company explaining to him why a year ago we had (3) 30 days lates on our mortgage payment. I told him about the loss of a job and a medical emergency that we had. I didn't think i would hear anything but a few days later i got a phone call from that CEO's administrative assistant letting me know that he got the letter and would see to it that those late pays were taken off our credit reports. This was after i sent letters begging the mortgage company to please remove those and was told NO. Keep trying, it does work!
