I am shocked and excited to say that 2 of my medical collections I have been battling have been removed with no issues after a dispute with the CRA. My Insurance company could find no records of the services and they are so old that the hospital billing department doesn't have information readily available (archived to microfiche) so I filed a dispute because I couldn't validate they belonged to me. I just received word that both have been cleared from my report only a few days after filing the dispute. record turn around time I believe; however, the OC didn't stand much of a chance of getting money as the SOL is expired and it would likely cost them more to investigate and pull the file than the $100 they say I owed. I feel victorious and now have encouragement to plow forward on this road to rebuilding.
