I just recently about 1-2 months ago paid off 2 medical collections for the same visit. One for the dr. which preformed work and the other from the hospital for the er treatment i guess. Both had differnt CA's so I paid them both off in full. I was wondering since I did not use the HIPAA process is there any other route to get this deleted other than a standard GW?

Send the pre-HIPAA letter to the three CRAs. Make sure to send them CMRRR. Given that the debt has been paid, there is no legitimate business purpose for the CA to continue to report these to the CRAs.

I agree with tons accept send the the pre-HIPAA medical dispute letter to the CRAs CM (no RR) and wait up to 35 days for the CRAs to complete their investigation. Make sure you follow the guidelines on stationary and font in the link below. Post your results before doing anything else.
