i had a collection account from an older dental visit that went to ic systems. the oc wouldn't talk to me so i ended up pif with ic systems. they wouldn't do a pfd with me and havent' replied to any of my gw letters since i've paid them in full.
on my credit report i have not only the ic systems account showing but allso something that shows up as "9844365984 medical - collection account - paid". is there a way to get this removed? i'm not sure that i'm fully understanding of the hippa process.
