Need middle score to be at least 700 to qualify for mortgage I want. I have a few baddies from 2 years ago, when my student loans started coming due and the bills were going to my permanent address (not my actual address). 2 student loans - one reported 2 months past due the other reported 3 months past due. No collections/public records -- just the lates. Current credit utilization at 7% was added as AU on fiance's credit cards (he rocks a 760 all).
Any secret tips for those last few points?
