I found a ton and spammed the he*l out of them but nothing helped.  I don't think they can be beat unlesss you have a documented violation that you can push.  I paid and then spammed and called every day but they won't give up.  

they are the worst of the worst for sure.

Hi!  Thanks for your reply.  I'm sorry to hear that it didn't work for you :-(  I don't understand their business practices and how they can continue to do business like they do.

I'm writing my PFD letter tonight and praying it somehow works.   Crossing my fingers!
