midland sent letter in spanish

HI EVERYONE, MIDLAND SENT ME A LETTER IN SPANISH ONLY, IS THERE SOME TYPE OF LAW OR STATUE THAT MAKES THAT ILLEGAL??? THANKS FOR YOUR RESPONSES.

Could have been a mistake. I would hold onto it for proof that it's in spanish and not english. But no, to answer your question it's not illegal.
