Did anyone else get any old inquiries added back to their reports?

Nope, HPs remain on file for 2 years, they dont affect Fico after 6 months to 1 year. If these were deleted due to ID Theft there would be violations of law in re-reporting them.
I understand that they can remain. What doesn't make since is that they had already been removed and now reinserted.

A few days ago, there was a thread that mentioned TU inqs being reinserted but that OP had been pulling his/her CRs daily. CRA's are known to reinsert inqs when daily pulls force inqs off -that's all I am going to say about that subject.
If, you do not fit into this mold then you might want to place a call on Monday but if they are under the two year statute, they are within the requirement to correct your file.
As gdale6 mentioned, inqs of 12 months or more, do not count and thus your score will not be negatively impacted.
