Thought this would be a useful topic to discuss, as I haven't found any other forums of the like. 

 

From my experience:

 

most: Chase

 

least: Capital One

Most - medical providers
Least - Verizon, Sallie Mae an Cap1

I found Comenity to be very difficult, havent found a best yet
