only 19 points but I'll take it. Doesn't say why it went up but I think an old paid medical collections came off. I sent them a GW and spoke to the supervisor and she said "put it in writing and fax it to me and I'll remove it". I faxed it to her within 5 minutes. That was about 2 weeks ago. I went from 629 to 643. I am also hoping to get 2 more medical debts to from CA to come off very soon. Wish me luck.
p.s. Sure am glad I printed out all the HIPAA letters before they got deleted
