myFICO Summary lists Collections not in Printed report?

I am trying to contact my collection accounts.
myFICO summary lists 4 accounts with names and no addresses but cant find these in the printed report, I was looking for more detail like account numbers.

How do I proceed?

I would call 1-877-322-8228 to get your full report printed and mailed to you. This is through annualcreditreport.com where you get one free report from EQ, EX, and TU each year. I suggest calling and getting hard copies and not the online version, as the mailed reports are more complete.
