myfico score ex=665 transu 654.....  I need to be at 620 for my fha loan, is this going to be enough or when they pull my credit will it be under 620. I have 5% down payment plus 6 months of mortgage ready???

IMO, aim for as high as possible, but at least 660. The EQ FICO on here is used by most all lenders. The TU FICO on here is used by a minority of mortgage lenders. For many it can be 30+ off from their TU FICO on here when pulled the same day for comparison. Usually it's lower, but it can be higher. Plus you want extra cushion for util changes.
