So i bought a car last month thru my CU
One of the reqiurments was i had 2 pay off all collections
I had 3 .... 2 where from the same agency and the other a medical
I paid the medical and when i called the 2 pay the other to they couldnt find me in the system
Turns out it should have been only one collection not 2 and i actually had paid it back in 2010
I asked them to send me a $0 blance letter which they still havent sent me
My question is should i call them again and ask for another $0 balance letter?
Or should i dv and hope they delete since its in accurate?
