need contact PEOPLES GAS in chicago for GW

I need your help guys. I have spent a good deal of my morning trying to find a fax or contact to mail a gw. no luck. I just keep finding their regular customer service fax number. If you guys have a real persons fax or address at peoples gas i would greatly appreciate it!!. thank you

Hi,

Please let me know if you have ANY luck with this...  I have been battling with them for MONTHS about getting some lates removed (My roommate was supposed to change the bill to her name, never did, and NEVER paid on time... EVIL) They won't seem to budge at ALL...  I would have been more insistant that it be in her name had I known it was reporting...

Anyone else have issues with a utility co. ??? What can be done in this situation?

I was searching the BBB site and found this:

At least now i have a name, I just think the fax might be to customer service
