need help is or isn't fico doesn't see it

I call macys they said I have a charge off I pull my fico score is not there but barclays recon see it
What can I do

My other two collection were deleted

It sounds like you're looking at a different CBA then what Barclays and Macy's are using or they're pulling older information (if it's one of the items you've had deleted).  You get to have a free copy of your credit report (without it counting as your free annual report)when you're denied credit due to your report.  Request the copy and verify the item .  If it's a mater of old information, give it 45 days.  If it's a mater of a different CBA and you've had the item removed from the other CBAs, dispute it with the correct CBA. If it's a matter of the collection being correct, but not reporting to all agencies, research the forum and the Internet for your situation and try to get it removed.

Barclays pulls TU so chances are its on there and not on the fico you pulled (most likely your EQ report). I've had a CO that reported to my TU and EX but wasn't on my EQ, probably what's happening here
