so i received a call saying im going to be placed on a judgement. i had a loan thru check and go 3 years ago, and i defaulted. but i never heard from them when i did. now 3 years later i get a call and talk to the guy he said ., that they tried to get ahold of me etc. saying that i went to 2 different collectors yet never once did it pop out on my credit report. told them i was willing to work it out he said i would have to pay $2200 to not have to go to court. but this is the 1st time ive heard about any of this in the last 3 years. they did know the loan i owed money too and my previous address not to sure what to do!
