 This Is a brand new one called "Fico reveals score damage from morgtage late pays, forclosure." From the same site though.

Can't consider that a "full recovery" because sure in 9 months you'll be back at 680, but if you didn't take that 90 day late then in 9 months you could be at 720 or more. So technically it's not a full recovery unless after 9 months you not only got back to 680, but eclipsed it as if the 90 day late never existed. Which is not possible because it'll still be on your report
