new secured card

any recommendations on getting a new secured card?  looking for one to report to cra's, showing as credit card, not secured, and hopefully can increase cl, but not as important.  i have capital one right now, thought about us bank, citi, and orchard bank.  if i did orchard bank, would that help case with charge off?

I always recommend these cards

Capone- I have a secured

Orchard Bank- I have a unsecured

and Open Sky-I have a secured, this one is great because you wont be hit with an inquiry, no credit checks

And I would try to get a small personal loan like a credit rebuilder loan, for variety
