Keep it short and to the point. Also, don't stop at the lower CSRs, google the company for officers and send it to them. It sometimes takes someone up the ladder that can go against the norm to get these done. Also, don't get discouraged, they can say NO 100 times, but it only takes one YES. Good luck.
