My CR has the OC and CA on the report. I can pfd w/CA, but how can I remove the OC?

The OC no longer has claim to the debt, it has been sold to the CA. The PFD with the CA will still be a good thing, however it will not affect the reporting of the OC. You will have to send a GW in an attempt to remove them. Good Luck!
