Can someone please help me? There has been a note on my credit report from Applied Cards since 1999. The original bill was for 1200 but the debt has been sign over time and time again to many debt collectors. I have bad off at least 1200 over the last 10 years on this acccount but it still shows up. They even took me to court and I showed up with all the info but no one from their side showed up and I won the judgment. But still I can't get this off my credit report and it really has a profound effect on my life.....PLEASE HELP! What can I do?
My report now states the last acct as 5/02 and it states that I owe $3539.00!!!!!! I don't know what to do.
