old late payments

I have 2 old late payments from Cap 1 .......1 30 days late and 1 60 day late.....they are over 3 years old should I continue to try to get them deleted; showing up on EQ only......my EQ FICO IS 724.   They happened because of a glitch in the autopay system Cap 1 wouldn't acknowlege this.

I would try every few months or so, 30 to 60 day lates past 2 years are not affecting your score that much. If you have not already spoken to the EO I would do so and that is where the GW letters also need to go when you send them.

Why even bother, EQ score seems to be fine regardless of lates.
