hi everyone I just got a letter from afni collection company. This debt is very old well past 7 years for nextel cell phones. My question is can this reappear on my credit report past the 7 years? Also should note my name is misspelled on letter. I don't want this to pop back up on my reports.

Ex: 12/14/13 634 EQ: 1/26/14 639 TU: 3/1/2014 682 walmart TU 650 all FICO scores

No it cannot be put back on your CRs and if its past your states SOL just sent them a FOAD letter.

lol...I just look up what a FOAD letter is. I havn't heard from them in years I new once I started cleaning up my report and paying stuff off, there would some really old ones coming out the wood works.

No, it can't be put on your CR once it has passed the CRTP. That doesn't mean it's not a valid debt and can't "try" to collect.
