I would like to get some clarification, I paid a collections account however when I pulled my report from myfico the account still shows under collection but does not have any balance. Is this correct or should it not be under collections?

Yes, it can still show under collections since that was its status. If paid, it would have to show a $0 balance, which it does so it is reporting correctly.
