paid judgment

Hey all,

Having some issues with a paid judgment any help would be appreciated.

In June I paid off.3k judgment in full. Upon payment all parties signed and agreed to remove the judgment from experian . My county has given me the cold shoulder on this.

Should I just send the copy of the signed agreement to Experian as a dispute? And hope for the best?

The agreement was also motorized.

Dispute it and upload the document to attach to your dispute.   I just did that with a judgement, which was vacated in 2011, that they were reporting.  I disputed it on the 29th and uploaded the order vacating the judgement, and got a letter yesterday from experian that it was removed, so I guess they removed it that same exact day.
