paying of judgment?

I have a civil judgement with 8 different accounts involved all through one CA Puget sound collections. the judgment is a little over $1,700 my question is to pay it and get a satisfaction of judgment do I need to PIF or can I make an offer? Also do I pay the CA or go through the court? also I plan to do a motion to Vacate after it is satisfied...

Re: paying of judgment?

You would pay the CA, or whomever has the item listed on your judgement.  You can attempt to bargain with you, worst case scenario is they say no and you pay the full amount.  And definitely try to have it vacated or set aside.
