pfd letters to CA

Hi. Writing some PFD letters and wondering who should get the letter, the original creditor, or the collection agency, or both? If the CA agrees to the terms that doesn't mean the original creditor will delete from my CR does it? Thanks for the answers!

Have you asked the OC to pull the accounts out of collections for PIF? This way the CA must remove their derogatory remarks from your report.

+1 to this will automatically make the CA a PFD. Just need to work on the OC! Good luck and keep us posted.
