Ladyshamrock, did you speak with the accounts receivable manager at the utility company or did you speak with a customer service rep?

Good morning , I am having a hard time wording the gw letter. since I pif the oc then how can ca try to collect something that is not theirs. Please help me write a positive letter. Thanks
