I disputed my credit reports and portfolio recovery keeps coming back verified. So after a few tries I complained to CFPB. They didnt answer but today I got my first letter and it says I only have till sept 24th to send them a letter if I dispute this account. I do dispute it but I thought I had 30 days? I just got it today on the 12th and its dated for sept 4. I dont have to much time left but should I use the forms to verify and validate on the CFPB website?
