public record judgements

Can you use the DV letter with a public record? TU removed it after dispute but the other 2 still show
These aren't removed if paid, are they? Can you PFD the court lol?

Would need more information about the judgement. What is reported on your CR?

Disputing a PR doesn't actually remove it.  The CRA will pick it up again eventually since it's a court document.

The only way to remove a judgment is to have it vacated through the court that issued it, or wait 7-7.5 years for it to drop off.

Sorry to bring up skeletons (haven't been on here in a while and was looking at my old posts) but 3 years later and the judgement has never reappeared on TU Smiley Very Happy
