Had an account with oc it went to collections I never received anything from collections. I paid the oc 107 dollars to have my tv turned back on. The oc is not reporting but the collections is reporting paid. Now my question is if I paid the oc and I have proof I paid directly to them (bank statement and bill statement) do you think that would be enough proof to get the collections removed? I did dispute this before and it came back verified. I for got I had that proof. Any advice would be appreciated !!
