Re: question on PFD refusal

If you get your reports directly from the CRAs or annualcreditreport.com, EQ will have the DOFD, TU and EX will show a drop off date.

Or you can call each CRA and ask for the FCRA Compliance Date on those accounts.

ok this is what I show from Experian

date opened: 1/2012

Reported since 2/2012

Date of status: 2/2012

last reported: 4/2013

those are all the dates given to me. is it the date opened that is the DOFD?

Re: question on PFD refusal

If you can still go online with the report, there should be a dispute button on the account.  If you click it a new report will be brought up and it will show a drop off date.  Don't actually dispute the account just look for the date then get out of it.
