question re: 1 remaining derog

Right now I have one remaining derog that is being reported by the CO as "charged-off".  As far as I know, it's due to fall off this August, and from what I've read on other posts, PFDs and GWs are not accepted by the CO.  The SOL has passed, and is not currently being reported by any CAs.  Since I'm anxious for this to fall off my report to remove my last derog, what is the liklihood that it will be sent to a CA and remain on my report for an additional 7 years?

Any help/advice is appreciated....

So far, I've managed to raise 2 of my 3 scores into "good", and want to keep going in that direction!

Re: question re: 1 remaining derog

COs and CAs both have the exact same drop off date from your CR, and that date is not based on the date of the CO, the date of a CA, or upon any date, period, other than the DOFD on the OC account. They drop after one date-certain, which is 7 years plus 180-days from the DOFD on the OC account.
