question re: PTD on verizon collection

Hello to anyone who can help!

I have an account from Veriaon in collection and would like to try a Pay to Delete. Verizon is the OC, my original amount owed is $169 and the date od deliquency is 9/05. It says "Balance Owned"(sic) due to the CA is $276. I am confused. Should i send my PTD to Verizon or CA? For which amount? I want to do whatever will make this go away faster! Thank you!

Personally, I would DV the CA, but contact the OC and see if you can pay them in exchange for a delete, then Verizon would recall the debt from the CA.
