Thank you so much everybody!!!!!  We've pulled it off, and We couldn't have done it without everyone here.  I started at 574 at the end of December, and my middle score is now 680 according to what was pulled by our broker yesterday.  I have our prequal in my hot little hands, and I am seriously thinking about framing it!

Mine is preapproved too and I just saw a house I want to put an offer in on.  It is a foreclosure

Thanks Everybody!  We put in an offer on Saturday on a house.  Ours is a prenegotiated short sale, so everyone cross your fingers.  Here's looking for closing on April 30!

Show Credit- there are so many amazing houses in foreclosure right now.  The way my realtor explained it is short sales can take a while, but if they are complete foreclosures they are moving very fast.
