You're correct that you can upload documents.
So I can upload the relevant page from the other two reports, and write a message that basically a) it's 2 v 1 and b) I have not had a Comcast acccount since 2008.
That's really the only evidence I have currently, but it sounds like this is worth a shot before trying to obtain more evidence.
We'll see how it goes
