If I call and ask universal fidelity when the dunning and it was sent do they need to answer

If you call and ask the mailihg address for their dunning notice, you are informing them that their are potential issues with the current address in their files.

Ahy reaonable business practice would compel their response to an inquiry as to where they mailed a required legal notice.

To make things easy for you send off DV's to the accounts listed on your credit report to the collection agencies.
