Welcome. You have come to the right place for help. Have you gotten copies of your 3 reports from annualcreditreport yet? It is best to know what is on all 3 because they may differ. Post up the info on the collections without any personal info and you will get suggestions on the best methods of tackling them. Also, do you have any current open lines of credit? good luck.
^^^^ Ditto!
In order for people to give you effective advice, it'd be helpful to know about each TL .
Once you've pulled your reports, you can send DVs out and continue along thePFD or GW process. There is a WEALTH of information on these boards. Drink it in!! U'll get there. We all started from somewhere.

I had tried sending some pfd but I never got a reply back.
I've had success in the past by calling and arranging PFD. Its always best if you allow them to send you a letter that verifies your conversation with them and of course mentions the PFD before you pay them. I will say that I have paid a few small collections with a PFD verbal on the phone and they deleted as per the phone agreement. I would still try to get a letter though before you paid.
