Good luck.  After I did the BBB and uploaded my letters I sent it was closed within 15 days.

when do they ask you to upload any letters that you sent?

I had a CA do that to me, just sent a bill after TX DV letter. I did the online complaint with CFPB and it was gone the next month. Got a response from CFPB that is had been removed a week after it was actually gone.

Yes if they do not respond to Texas dv, file complaint with CFPB and upload your dv and certified green card to show date they received it.

BBB is a last resort and not the best resource

did I mess up going the bbb? can I still go the cfpb route?

No you didn't mess up. They just have lil authority to do anything. You can always file CFPB complaint.

Texas dv is much different than normal dv letter. They MUST respond with 30 days or automatic deletion. CFPB will enforce that.
