I have a credit card that is in positive standings and has been so for a while. But it is only reporting to 1 credit agency. How do I get them or is there a way to get them to report to all 3 with this positive tradeline...
No, it is entirely up to the creditor to which CRA they report. Some only report to one, some all 3. You can call and ask if they do report to all 3 and if they say yes let them know the TL isn't on the other 2.
