A request for early exclusion is not an assertion of inaccuracy in reported information, and thus not basis for a dispute.
A CRA is only obligatied to send a copy of a credit report if the consumer has filed a dispute, it has been investigatted, and as a result of the investigation, the CRA has updated or deleted information that was under dispute.
Did you request early exclusion, or send a dispute of the accuracy of information in your credit report?
If the former, then it is simply an informal request for good will on the part of the CRA, with no period for any action on their part.
