The GW letter I sent to Capital One came back as undeliverable. I used the address listed on my EQ report. I know I could go after them and make them delete based on reporting incorrect info. However I have a credit card and my car loan through them as well as AU on hubbys 2 cards Im afraid if I go after them my accounts will be labled and should anything happen in the future they will not show any mercy. The account in question is an old CO that is scheduled to fall of in Feb 2014. Should I push it or find another address and send another GW letter?
