I need to fill out a BOA 1 for Illinois. I paid the lien and it shows as paid.
This is my ex-husband's late taxes for a year he filed years after the divorce. I never signed anything agreed to this and the address on the lien is an address at which I never lived.
How do I go about making a strong case?
