So, the sixth year anniversary of a bogus debt is coming on next month (DOLP 7/03). I am wondering if there is a way that I can search the public records in my previous state to ensure that I have not been sewer served and judged issued at this point. Any suggestions? I previously lived in a state with a 10 year SOL!! but now live in a state with a 6 year SOL.
