I am trying to send a PFD letter to AFNI for an old TMobile account from 2006.
Can I attach the PFD letter to an email to their recovery team or send it via USPS?
Also, do I need to certify it?
And lastly (sorry for so many questions) does anyone have a good mailing address for them?
TIA

My personal opinion, I like to do mine by mail, I just like the paper trail from it. Some have good luck with email. So it's just a matter of choice.

PFDs are also a form of GW request, and their acceptance is totally discretionary.
In my opinion, the less formal and legalese they appear, the better.
I would not send a PFD request by a method that requires they provide certification of receipt. It is, in my opinion, the wrong first impression.
