Me personally, i would always mail it in, for several reasons, not the least of which is when you dispute online they make you waive some of your rights in the fine print. Their mailing address? (they dont make it easy to find do they? Welcome to the wonderful consumer friendly world of credit bureaus lol!)
The latest one i have for them for disputes (they seem to change it all the time and also have several addresses) is
NCAC
PO BOX 9701
Allen TX 75013
You can google this address to confirm it is still the best one. Hope this helps!
