I thought I'd share this with everyone.  Don't give up on good willing your state tax board.  Yesterday I spoke with the head of mine ( I'm assuming she answered her own phone because no one else was working, lol)  She listened to my story and an hour later someone from legal called.  She is fax'd me some paperwork. When I get it back to her she is filing a removal with the CB's. 

I realize all stories are different but no harm in  trying.

Congrats!  This a great example as to why you shouldn't give up on GW'ing anything that seems impossible.  GW until they cease and desist you.
